For the 2027 ACA Open Enrollment Period (OEP), Federally-facilitated Exchanges (FFEs) and State-Based Exchanges using the Federal Platform (SBE-FPs) will run Nov. 1, 2026, through Jan. 15, 2027.
State-based
Exchanges (SBEs) have the flexibility to modify OEP dates for their state if they
choose to do so.
