Day 11 of the Health Insurance Marketplace—Aaaarrrggghhh!!!

It's day 11 of the Health Insurance Marketplace (HealthCare.gov) with 171 days left to enroll and I still haven't been able to even initiate the apply-for-coverage process.  I've tried at different times of the morning, afternoon, evening and even late night, without success.  I feel like a hacker.  A bad hacker.  I wasn't even able to create a Marketplace Account (establishing my username and password) until late last night.  I was so encouraged!  I woke up early today expecting to zip through the process like a hot knife through butter.  I input my new username and password but the website responded "The information you entered isn't valid."  Isn't valid?  I tried again and again and again but the website was relentless.  ". . . isn't valid."  ". . . isn't valid."  ". . .isn't valid."  In other words, it doesn't even recognize my new account that it had confirmed the night before.  Aaaarrrggghhh!!!

Oh well.  171 days left to enroll.  Hope springs eternal.
